While Driver Watchdog is not officially affiliated with Spark, our platform provides the tools you need to log instances of unfair behavior, track your reports, and export them into a format you can easily email to Spark support. 2. Creating an Account

To start tracking and managing reports, you’ll need to create a free account on Driver Watchdog. Here’s how to get started:

• Click on Create Account from the main menu.
• Enter your basic information (username, email, and password).
• Confirm your email address to complete the registration.

With your account, you’ll gain access to your personal dashboard, where you can log reports, monitor ongoing cases, and export reports when needed.

3. Logging Reports: Keeping a Detailed Record

Once you spot suspicious behavior, it’s important to keep a record of your findings. Driver Watchdog allows you to log detailed reports of abuse to help build a case over time.

How to Log a Report:

• Go to My Reports and click New Report.
• Provide key details, such as:
  • Date and Time: When the suspicious activity occurred.
  • Driver Information: Any known details about the driver involved.
  • Offer Details: What offer was affected and why it seemed suspicious.
  • Description: A clear summary of the suspected abuse.
  • Screenshots or Evidence: Upload supporting evidence, such as screenshots or conversations.

You can save reports in your dashboard and update them as more information becomes available.

When you’ve gathered sufficient information, Driver Watchdog allows you to export your report into a format suitable for emailing directly to Spark support. Since Driver Watchdog is a third-party platform and not directly linked to Spark, it’s up to you to submit the report via email.

• Go to My Reports and select the report you want to export.
• Click Export Report to download it in a format that can be attached to an email.
• Email the report to Spark support at their designated email address (typically found in the Spark app or on their website).
