The purpose of Driver Watchdog is to provide Spark drivers with a tool to document, manage, and track incidents of platform abuse or fraudulent activity they encounter while driving for Spark. Our platform helps drivers create detailed reports, attach supporting evidence, and monitor patterns of behavior over time.
While Driver Watchdog allows drivers to gather information and track suspicious activity, we do not handle the reporting process directly. Drivers are responsible for submitting their reports to Walmart Corporate or Spark Driver Support. Our platform merely provides a resource for drivers to organize and manage their reports before submitting them to the appropriate channels.
It’s important to note that Driver Watchdog also serves to help weed out suspected fraudsters who may display behavior typical of those abusing the platform but are actually playing the game fairly. Our goal is to assist drivers in making well-documented, evidence-backed reports that benefit both drivers and customers by helping identify actual offenders on the platform.
