Use this form to document any fraudulent activity you encounter while driving. Whether it’s bot usage, offer manipulation, or other suspicious behaviors, it’s important to log all details for future reference and reporting.
Please make sure to include as much information as possible, such as descriptions of drivers, vehicle details (including license plate number and state), and the time and location of the incident. You can also upload supporting evidence like photos or screenshots.
Once your note is saved, you’ll be able to view and manage it from your personal dashboard. Each note will have a public link that can be shared if needed. Remember, the more drivers who document fraudulent activity, the more effective we can be in combating these unethical practices.
