Offer Gone in Milliseconds

I was sitting in the Keokuk Walmart parking lot waiting for the next delivery offer to arrive. The second I get the notification of a new offer, the offer was gone before it had the chance to pop up on the offer screen to either accept or deny. That is a clear indication that a grabber bot (batch grabber) is being utilized. I observed the hispanic male pull up in the Mercedes-Benz SUV to pick up the curbside delivery order. It is well-known that the usage of automated software to unfairly grab nearly every offer available is against the Spark platform terms of use. This is just one of many instances when I observe this driver violating to terms for his unfair gain. I would like to request an investigation into the matter because something needs to get done.
